ObjectiveThe COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil affected the lives of singers, with negative impacts disease on voice, such as dysphonia and throat clearing. This study aims to evaluate presence clearing singers during Brazil.Material MethodsThis is a cross-sectional analytical sample 154 from all over Brazil. Data collection was carried out online, by completing questionnaire created researcher using Google Forms. The following were considered outcome variables: voice impairment bivariate analysis performed test relationship between infection impairment, clearing, laryngeal complaints (voice clearing).ResultsIn this study, mean age 35.8 (Standard deviation=±10.2 years) 59.2% female. Most them worked professional (81.1%) had more than 10 years experience (57.4%), mainly singing pop music (85.4%). A total 62% reported vocal alterations 53% after infection, 44.0% reporting onset infection. There significant association having (p=0.03; prevalence ratio - PR: 2.33; CI: 1.04 – 5.46).
